it is. one of the poeple who originally saw the flier called the number that was on the flier before it was blurred out for internet purposes. a phone call was placed and it was discovered that the kid that made that is a 16 year old boy with autism.
and it was some stuffed beanie baby type thing from a happy meal or some shit.
